·       We (Front Office Staff) do “briefing” before starting our job description.

 

·         Prepare welcome drink and clean the pantry.

 

·         I wrote a welcome card and print a welcome letter for arrival the next day.

 

·         Handling check-in process (Collect room payment and room deposit )

 

·         Handling check-out process

 

·         Handling guest requests by telephone

 

·         Update shares and profile note guests on the system

 

·         Handling guests to showing room

 

      ·       I made a reimbursement and sent it to the accounting office
